We can provide training at the user level, office or firm-wide level. For instance, after a major new network installation, we can train you and your designated staff to understand all the basics of the system, including network access protocols, security levels and environmental considerations such as the optimal temperature for your server equipment room. Even if you have no permanent IT staff of your own, we will explain, in layman's terms, how to make the most of software we have installed, such as virus protection software, as well as how to perform simple preventative maintenance measures to prolong the life of your technology investment.

If we have just installed or upgraded a new operating system or new software, we can train your users at any level of detail on its use. Training can be classroom-style at your premises or an outside location, or it can be one-on-one with specific users.
